Speak with a Nurse Regarding a Non-Urgent Medical Concern
If you have a non-urgent medical question or concern about your child following a previous visit or procedure, there are 2 methods available to you. Your child must be an established patient already seen by one of our providers.

Option 1: Message a Nurse through the Healow App or the Patient Portal
Option 2: Call or Nurse Line at 612-813-8000, option #6. This is a voicemail-only line.
When leaving a message, please provide the patient’s name, date of birth, the best callback number, and a brief message of the question or concern. Through both methods, you will receive a return call from our nursing team within 1 business day.
