Newborn Circumcision

Pediatric Surgical Associates offers in-office newborn circumcisions for patients less than 28 days old*

*Some exceptions to this age requirement may apply if approved by the physician or a nurse

Please Note
Not all patients qualify for an in-office circumcision. An initial circumcision consultation appointment is required to ensure the patient has no medical concerns that will prevent the circumcision from being performed. If your baby is healthy, has a normal physical exam, an in-office circumcision can be performed.

Cost:

$600.00 out-of-pocket fee, required to be paid up-front at the time of scheduling.

*An exception to this payment requirement is that if the circumcision is deemed medically necessary by a physician, it will be covered by insurance. You will find out if this applies to your child during the initial consultation.
